  • Weekly or Biweekly Property Inspections
    Documented walkthroughs of every interior and exterior area, confirming the house is secure, dry, and exactly as it should be. You receive a written report with photographs after each visit.
  • Storm Preparation & Response
    Established protocols before a nor’easter or hurricane makes landfall, and a first-light assessment afterward with full photographic documentation for you and your insurer.
  • Vendor Coordination & Oversight
    We select, schedule, supervise, and quality-check every trade that enters your property, and we are on site while they work. You approve the scope; we handle the rest.
  • Home Systems Monitoring
    Routine testing and service coordination for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generator, irrigation, security, and smart home systems, with particular attention to what salt air does to hardware over time.
  • Seasonal Maintenance & Winterization
    A maintenance calendar built for this coast: full winterization and shutdown in the fall, commissioning and deep clean in the spring, and the dock, mooring, and outdoor furniture handled at both ends.
  • Arrival & Departure Preparation
    The heat set, the beds made, the refrigerator stocked before you walk in, and the house properly secured after you leave. Tell us when you are coming and the home will be ready.
