APPROACH

Discretion, consistency, and lasting care.

Estate management is not a service selected on price. It is a long-term relationship built on trust, judgment, and the assurance that the company overseeing your home holds it to the same standard you do.

FOUNDER PORTRAIT

Two decades of stewardship, from gentleman’s farms to shoreline retreats.

Our team was raised on this shoreline and has worked well beyond it, studying how the finest properties are maintained in other regions and returning with those standards intact. What we have learned elsewhere informs the care we provide here, and what we know of this coast ensures it is applied correctly.

More than twenty years of estate management experience spans stately gentleman’s farms, historic village residences, and waterfront retreats. That range matters. An antique post-and-beam property, a contemporary waterfront build, and a nineteenth-century borough home each age differently and each demands its own discipline of care.

How it works

STEP ONE

We walk the property

A detailed walkthrough to assess condition, identify risk, and establish priorities for ongoing care. Complimentary, and without obligation.

STEP TWO

We build the plan

A tailored roadmap outlining scope, service priorities, and timelines, presented with a flat monthly fee and approved by you before any work begins.

STEP THREE

We report, you decide

Proactive oversight and regular documented reporting, with no expenditure above an agreed threshold committed without your authorization.

Confidentiality, without exception.

Every vendor we engage is vetted, referenced, and supervised on site by us, so you are never asked to evaluate a contractor you did not choose, and each carries their own insurance. We do not name our clients, photograph interiors for marketing, or discuss one property while standing in another. Full details of our coverage are provided in writing before any engagement begins.

[Confirm your actual license, insurance, and bonding details before this goes live.]

DELIBERATELY SMALL

We manage a maximum of twenty properties.

Beyond that number, someone stops getting a same-day answer. When we are full, we will say so and tell you when a place is likely to open.
